Photography has been part of my life since childhood. When I was 9, my father sent me to Germany to visit my aunt with a 110 camera in hand, and I fell in love with the medium—especially portraits and landscapes. What began as early fascination grew into a lifelong passion and a professional pursuit.
Since then, I’ve photographed brides, babies, pets, business leaders, musicians, architecture, products, U.S. Senators, New York Fashion Week, and scenes of beauty and wonder in distant places. My work has also been shaped by fine art photography study, photography awards, and professional training, including PPA certification as a professional photographer and NYIP certification in travel photography.
A particular strength of mine is studio portraiture. My portrait sessions are not rushed. They are carefully shaped, reviewed, and refined in collaboration with the client. I shoot in rounds, reviewing the images together after each series and noting the details that will elevate the next set—perhaps a stronger angle, improved posture, a better wardrobe choice, a more flattering hair adjustment, or a subtle refinement in expression or styling. By working this way, we build toward images that become increasingly polished, confident, and striking. The result is often portraiture with an editorial quality—images that feel natural yet elevated. Final retouching in Photoshop adds the finishing touch, enhancing the portrait while preserving authenticity.
